Morocolor at SFIDE: everyone's school

On Sunday, May 1, we will be present together with the illustrator Giuliana Donati at SFIDE: La Scuola di Tutti, a project that since 2018 encourages the meeting between all the protagonists of change in schools, from teachers and school leaders to students, families and territories, at FieraMilanoCity.

What is SFIDE?

SFIDE is a space for the investigation of education within Fa' la cosa giusta!, a national fair of critical consumption and sustainable lifestyles, a choice that tells of a present and a future in which schools are at the center of community life. SFIDE stems from the principle that education has a fundamental role in the development of the individual and the community: a better society is possible only with a better school. From April 29 to May 1, SFIDE offers a platform to exchange ideas, participate in talks and workshops, to try to understand together how to build a better future for our schools

Primo and Giuliana Donati

We at Primo will be present with two workshops designed together with illustrator Giuliana Donati, who will accompany participants in the creation of their artworks.

A love letter to the Earth

The first, "A love letter for the Earth" will be held in the morning from 10 to 11 a.m. During this workshop, children will draw a colorful letter for our planet, with our Primo poster paint. The goal is to create two illustrations with the special Primo nozzle tempera: using these colors directly on the paper, with an innovative technique. The two images will compose a card of love and care for the planet. In addition, each participant will be able to write his or her own personal message for the Earth on the card. This workshop is designed for a maximum of 20 children, aged 5 and up.

The Earth Agamograph

During the afternoon, from 3 to 4 pm, the second workshop will be held: "The Agamograph of the Earth". Taking inspiration from the optical art of Yaacov Agam, the participants will create, together with Giuliana Donati using Primo colors, a two-dimensional drawing with a special message for our planet. The aim is to create, with colored pencils and wax crayons, a three-dimensional illustration inspired by the kinetic art works of Yaacov Agam. Depending on the point of view, the drawing on the paper will magically change colors and subject, and will reveal an important message for our planet. This workshop is designed for a maximum of 20 children, aged 4 and up.
